The Greek Cultural Society of Birmingham, "Ithaca," is turning 7, and we’re inviting you to be part of the celebration! Since 2018, Ithaca has been dedicated to promoting Greek culture, language, history, and arts in Birmingham and the West Midlands. This milestone is a testament to our vibrant community and the rich cultural tapestry we've woven together!
Highlights:
1) Traditional Greek Dancing: Experience captivating performances by our dance team "Vicky Drakopanagiotaki"
2) Live Greek Music: Enjoy the enchanting sounds of Ithaca's Band joinned by Yiannis Panagoulias (https://open.spotify.com/artist/6wzg4PQ9036P40ha6gX1zt...) coming from Manchester exclusively for this event!
3) DJ Kota : Dance till you drop in a party for kids and adults alike!
4) Balloon Artist will be at the party turning balloons into fun shapes for all the kids!
5) Greek Buffet: Souvlaki, tzatziki, pita, tyropita, spanakopita, kaseropita, keftedakia, salad, sweets and soft drinks (1 per person) and bottle of water (1 per person). Vegeterian and Vegan alternatives are available. Please state any preferences and/or allergies in the comments section at the end of this form.

Entry fees:
General Admission: Early Bird (until 1/6/2025) £22 per person-after that date £25 per person
University Students (with proof of ID): Early Bird (until 1/6/2025) £20 per person-after that date £25 per person
Kids (under 16): £10 per child
The Hall is easily accessible by public transport from the city centre through buses 23 and 24 and a 10 minutes walk in a safe area.
On street parking is available in the streets around the hall, on a first come-first served basis. Parking is most likely available on Carless Avenue, Ravenhurst Road and Wentworth Road. Please note that it is illegal to park on the grass verges in the area around the Hall because they belong to the Moor Pool Trust. Checks are frequent and at all times.
